Valley Motorwerks was founded in July of 2005 by me, Walter Ford. I was a computer consultant and self proclaimed techie, but more importantly a true BMW enthusiast. I noticed a general lack of good customer service in the Sacramento Metro area when it came to getting my BMW's either modified or repaired. This spurred me to leave my chosen profession and open Valley Motorwerks.
Valley Motorwerks specializes in BMW and Mini Cooper service and repair, exclusively. By using the same parts and equipment and employing BMW factory trained technicians we are able to provide BMW factory level repairs. The major difference is in the cost savings and our ability to think outside the box. This allows us to work more efficiently and cost effectively. This means your BMW or Mini Cooper is repaired more efficiently and in all cases at less cost to you.
In the 6 years we have been in business we are proud of our track record. Our BBB and BAR ratings are the highest attainable. To insure that our customers are satisfied we take a unique approach. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes. It’s how we respond and react to them that are most important, we NEVER push off responsibility. We also make every effort to create a relationship with our customers that is lifelong.
At Valley Motorwerks we treat our BMW and Mini customers as we would our own family. The golden rule is adhered to and applied to every transaction and customer. All employees share in this responsibility from Alex, our service writer, to our entry level techs.
How do we achieve and maintain such a high level of customer satisfaction and awareness? We hold monthly safety and customer satisfaction meetings that include all the employees. If there are any issues or incidents it is brought up respectfully and we discuss the problem and how to prevent it in the future. This process of constant improvement is a holdover from my consulting days.
